Ready Made Doner
Ready made doner was started to produce in Europe by Turkish entrepreneurs. From the 1990s onwards, it spread like wild fire throughout Germany and the rest of the continent. Within Turkey, everything started with Bereket Doner in 1998, and soon gained a more active presence with the Özde Bereket brand name shortly thereafter.
Our first ever doner manufacturing plant opened in 1998 within an enclosed 1350 m2 space in Istanbul's Ikitelli Organized Industrial Zone, and began producing trial products in June of 1999. Our plant produces doner products using traditional methods and under hygienic conditions with equipment imported from an industrial production center located in Germany.
Özde Bereket represents our production identity as the founder and leader of this industry and ensures that our products reach our diverse range of customers, spanning various institutional firms to restaurant chains. Our production plant is capable of producing 50 tonnes of doner per day, which therefore makes it the largest doner producer both within Turkey as well as worldwide.
